The construction positioning of smart classrooms is: advanced design, comprehensive functionality, in line with the requirements of broadcasting and television recording, as well as the development direction of television technology and internet technology, including high-definition shooting, live streaming on demand, and teaching interaction functional requirements. It can meet the multi-functional and diversified use of various course recording, training business, conference lectures, course live streaming, dual teacher classrooms, and teaching video recording scenes under various new teaching methods.


Two smart classrooms are planned to be built, one on the third floor, and it is planned to build a "professional recording and broadcasting smart classroom" with a building size of 16.8 meters (length) × 7.2 meters (width) × 2.73 meters (current ceiling height from floor), with a building area of approximately 120 square meters; A planned "network interactive smart classroom" with a building size of 12.5 meters (length) × 7.2 meters (width) × 2.76 meters (current ceiling height from floor), with a building area of approximately 90 square meters.


The area inside the third floor smart classroom is divided into two major parts: the broadcasting area and the control area. The two areas are separated by soundproof insulating glass for easy guidance and monitoring. The main equipment locations of the smart classroom are shown in the following figure (sound installation, lighting, fresh air system, air conditioning system, and intelligent power management system are not marked in the figure as they cannot be marked):

The specific lighting construction requirements are as follows:


1. Qualification requirements for construction units:


Given the special requirements for lighting in this project, relevant design and construction units must have corresponding professional qualifications. The design unit has experience in designing professional studios and recording classrooms/smart classroom projects, and has professional lighting engineering qualifications; The construction unit has experience in the construction of professional studio and recording classroom/smart classroom projects, and has professional lighting engineering qualifications. Project management personnel should have experience in the construction and management of studio and recording classroom/smart classroom lighting projects.


2. Lighting Design Specification


1) The lighting design standards adopt the "Code for Design of Television Studio Lighting Systems" GY5045-2006 and the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Television Studio Lighting Systems" GY5070-2003; Refer to the "Hygienic Standards for Daylighting and Lighting in Primary and Secondary School Classrooms" GB_ 7793-2010.


2) The fire protection standard for the studio adopts the original national standard of the Ministry of Radio and Television, "Fire Protection Standard for Design of Radio and Television Engineering Buildings" GYJ33-88;


3) The electrical installation standard for the studio adopts the "Standard Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering" GBJ232-82;


4) The pipeline wiring standard for the studio adopts the "Code for Acceptance of Building and Complex Comprehensive Wiring System Engineering" GB50312-2000;


3. Professional lighting requirements:


Based on the existing floor height and area of the proposed smart classroom in the college, reasonable lighting equipment and layout design will be carried out to meet the lighting requirements of various courses in the college.


The lighting should meet the design specifications, construction and acceptance specifications for the lighting system of television studios, and the lighting design effect requirements are:


1) The settings of surface light, side light, ceiling light, backlight, and ambient light can be adjusted according to the different shooting areas and courses in the classroom, to achieve contour light, surface light, and ambient light requirements that meet the requirements of course video shooting, achieve good lighting levels and effects, and meet the lighting requirements for course video shooting, The lighting design and installation layout should ensure good results when using the existing cameras and DSLRs of the college to capture the course. The screenshot of the course shooting effect for reference in the lighting effect is detailed in the attachment. During the final acceptance of the lighting project, it is necessary to compare the actual effect with this lighting effect requirement. The actual lighting effect of the smart classroom should be able to achieve or basically achieve these effects.


2) The lighting effect of the smart classroom ensures that when using a camera and a DSLR camera to simultaneously capture the teacher and the teaching screen (including the large screen display system or the teaching interactive all-in-one machine screen), while ensuring the teacher's skin color and clothing effect are good and natural, the content on the teaching screen can be clearly presented and the colors can be restored to reality.


3) Do not install lighting fixtures within a certain distance above and in front of the screen of a large screen display system or teaching interactive integrated machine. The angle of the installed lighting fixtures should be adjusted appropriately to avoid forming light spots on the screen that affect the shooting effect.


4) Core parameters of professional lighting fixtures: color rendering index Ra ≥ 90, R9 ≥ 90; Color temperature: 3200-5600K (± 150K) continuously adjustable; The control protocol shall at least include international standard DMX512 dimming, mobile app dimming (supporting Android system), and wireless dimming through 2.4G; Dimming function: 0% to 100% stepless linear adjustment; Cooling system: Natural air cooling and ultra quiet design without fan. (While ensuring the lighting effect, it is better for professional lighting fixtures to support the 232 485 protocol, which allows for the integration of professional lighting fixtures into the classroom's Internet of Things for device linkage. If it is not possible to take into account both, the operation and control of professional lighting fixtures through the Internet of Things may not be considered.)


5) Dimmer core parameters: can preset and save at least 100 sets of lighting scene configuration presets; Number of channels: ≥ 48 channels.


6) Core parameters of flame-retardant cables: The insulation sheath material is made of flame-retardant thermoplastic elastomer composite material with a temperature grade of 90 ℃; It has good heat dissipation and bending properties, and excellent aging resistance of insulation and sheath materials; Wire diameter not less than 1.5mm ²。


7) Provide lighting layout diagrams and specifications, technical parameters, and quantities of various lighting fixtures and brackets, hinges, dimming tables, junction boxes, signal amplifiers, and dedicated cables.


8) On the premise of meeting the needs of course shooting effect, due to limited floor height, the lighting fixtures cannot be hung low from the ground, which affects the panoramic shooting and overall aesthetics of the classroom.


9) The teacher's teaching area in the third floor smart classroom does not need to be suspended from the ceiling, and lighting fixtures are installed using suspension rods. The lower edge of the lighting fixtures is basically the same as the surface where the lower edge of the students' learning area is located, and the lighting fixtures can be adjusted in front, back, left, and right angles.


10) The dimming table of the third floor smart classroom is placed in the control room, and the dimming table of the first floor smart classroom is placed in the classroom cabinet.


11) The lighting design unit has experience in lighting design for professional studios and recording classrooms/smart classroom projects, and has professional lighting engineering qualifications; The lighting construction unit has experience in lighting construction of professional studios and recording classrooms/smart classroom projects, has professional lighting engineering qualifications, and project management personnel should have experience in building and managing lighting projects in studios and recording classrooms/smart classrooms.


4. Comprehensive wiring


1) The wiring adopts national standard high-quality cables.


2) Due to the phased construction of environmental construction projects and lighting equipment integration, in order to reduce the impact of later lighting equipment integration on environmental construction projects, the pipeline layout and construction designed in the lighting equipment integration should be included in the early planning and construction of environmental construction projects. The specific requirements for comprehensive wiring are to strictly follow the requirements of the construction unit, design and construction drawings, and relevant national construction specifications for construction. Conduct detailed communication with relevant personnel of environmental construction projects before construction to determine the construction plan.


3) Capacitors, electrical switches, and other flammable and explosive electrical appliances are not allowed to be installed in the ceiling of flammable structures. When wiring inside the ceiling, a power supply should be installed outside the ceiling to switch the power supply of all electrical circuits inside the ceiling. All connection points of the pipeline (including wiring, pull box, lamp holder box, switch box, etc.) should be securely welded with jumper wires to form an electrical whole of the pipeline. There should not be more than 8 pipelines in the same pipe, and wire interfaces are not allowed. When joints are necessary, a junction box should be installed. All electrical wires and tools should have grounding wires. When wiring, the power line and signal line should be separated to avoid interference with the signal.
